Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. Choose your country on our website or at checkout to see if we deliver there. We can't currently ship to some regions affected by conflict or trade restrictions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged per order and depends on your country. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping amount for your country ship free, and the threshold is also shown on our website.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse, and delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your destination. Delivery to remote areas, or during busy periods and holidays, can take longer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number whenever one is available for your destination.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed collection, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs may apply.
