Only wash shoes whose care label allows machine washing. Before first use, turn the bag inside out and wash it once or twice on its own. Zip the shoes in, tuck the zip pull under the elastic cover and use a gentle, cool cycle. Air-dry the shoes and the bag.

Will my shoes fit?
The bag is about 39 × 17 cm, which suits most adult sneakers or a couple of pairs of kids' shoes. Fit depends on the size and shape of your shoes. Measure bulky pairs first and don't overfill the bag.
Can I wash every type of shoe?
No. Only machine wash shoes whose care label allows it, such as many canvas, mesh and fabric sneakers, runners and tennis shoes. Skip leather, suede, heels and anything with glued-on decorations unless the maker says they're machine washable.
Will the zipper open during the wash?
Zip the bag fully, then tuck the zip pull under the elastic end cover before you start the machine. The nylon zip and cover are designed for machine washing.
Does it protect my shoes?
The soft chenille interior sits between your shoes and the drum, giving them a cushioned layer during the cycle. It can't prevent every kind of wear, so always use a gentle cycle and follow your shoe's care label.
How do I use it?
Before the first use, turn the bag inside out and wash it once or twice on its own. Then check your shoe's care label, zip the shoes in, tuck the zip pull under the elastic cover, wash on a gentle cool cycle and air-dry.
Will the yellow fibres colour my shoes?
The supplier says the materials are colourfast. Washing the bag inside out once or twice before first use is recommended.
Can I reuse it?
Yes. After each wash, let the bag air-dry and it's ready for next time.
